RFQ for Construction Management Services

First phase will be updating previous master plan for CCRMC. Master planning will include measure X projects and also include consideration for cafeteria, rehabilitaion and material management space that may need to be updated to meet seismic requirements. Followed with planning and establishing scope, budget and schedule for various projects.
